Support and Maintenance
ATLIS offers standard support and maintenance services for its products. Customers with a support and maintenance contract have access to:
- Help-desk, reachable by telephone during Dutch office hours;
- E-mail support;
- Direct implementation of corrections if serious problems are discovered;
- New product releases, free of charge.
For customers outside of Europe and Africa we can arrange help-desk support in your time-zone via our HydroTeam partners.
For customers with special requirements, bespoke support contracts can be arranged.
